12 weeks of online 1hr 1:1's covering the six executive functions:

🧠 Memory - Remembering tasks, keeping track of goals, and creating supports that do the remembering for you.

🔥Motivation - Understanding how your brain activates and setting up systems that make starting easier, not harder.

👁️ Self-awareness - Recognising patterns, strengths, challenges, habits, and things YOU need to succeed.

🧩 Problem Solving - Practical strategies to navigate obstacles, plan next steps, and reduce overwhelm.

⚡Impulsivity - Creating space between urge and action, building mindful habits, and reducing “slip-ups”.

💛 Emotional Regulation - Tools for managing stress, frustration, shame, and overwhelm gently and effectively.

No lectures. No shame. Just practical support, honest conversation, and systems that work for your brain instead of against it.

These six areas are where we know ADHDers often experience a developmental delay of up to 30%.
I want to cycle through each of these areas TWICE to ensure that we can cover everything that you want to.
I know that as a Neurodivergent Individual, you will inevitably leave the session and instantly remember that you have something valuable you could have contributed to the conversation. Make a note of it and bring it to the next session!
